It is that time of year again when we will be celebrating the Harvest in school. As in previous years we are asking for your help in donating items to support two local charities; the Droylsden Food bank and the Booth Centre, a Manchester charity that supports homeless people. We would be very grateful for donations of any of the following items which should be brought into school by 9:00am on Thursday the 5th October 2023 HARVEST ITEMS URGENTLY NEEDED • Tinned meat, potatoes and veg • Tinned fruit, custard and rice pudding • Cook in sauces for pasta • Biscuits, cakes and coffee • Cup-a-soups and sugar • Soap, toothpaste, shampoo
9:30 am - 12:00 pm @ St. Martin’s Church
We will be holding our Harvest Assemblies at St. Martin’s Church on Friday 6th October 2023 at the following times:- 9:30 – Years 1, 2, 3 11:00 – Years 4, 5, 6 and the Sunflower Class Parents and carers are welcome to join us in our celebrations but seating in church is limited. Please don’t fill up the pews until we have all the children seated
